1. Service
Konwil ("we", "us") provides managed website and lead generation services on a monthly subscription basis. By paying for a subscription, you agree to these terms.
2. Subscription Plans
We offer three plans: Launch ($297/mo), Growth ($797/mo), and Revenue Machine ($997/mo). Each plan includes website hosting, maintenance, lead capture, and support as described on konwil.com.
3. Payment
All subscriptions are billed monthly, 100% upfront before work begins. We accept PayPal, card payments, and bank wire. Currency is USD.
4. No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. Work begins immediately upon payment. No exceptions.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. No notice period required. Service continues through the end of your current paid period, then stops. Upon cancellation, you receive an export of the raw data you submitted to us (your text, images, and business information). You do not receive website code, design files, templates, or any other platform assets. The website goes offline on cancellation.
6. What You Own
You own the content and data you submitted to us — your text, images, and business information. Konwil owns everything else: the website code, design, hosting infrastructure, lead capture system, and platform software. This is a managed service. No code, design files, or platform assets are transferred under any circumstances.
7. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, responding to revision requests within the review period, and ensuring you have rights to any content you provide.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the previous 3 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, third-party service failures, or data loss caused by your actions. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, conversion rates, or business outcomes.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country). Any disputes not resolved directly shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Direct contact first: [email protected] — we respond within 2 business days.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
